This is my 3-month review of autologous costal cartilage nose revision surgery. I’m a little confused again between casual and polite speech, but today I’ll write the review in casual speech. I had nose revision surgery and a second round of fat grafting. I cropped the photo lol, so it may be hard to see, but if you look slightly at the forehead and cheeks, the fat grafting has settled very naturally. After the first round, I was upset because too much fat was lost but after getting the second round of fat grafting too, it settled naturally, so I’m really happy. If you’re considering fat grafting, I hope you definitely get the second round too. And the nose too...
