I had hump nose surgery at a plastic surgery clinic. Nothing was inserted into the nasal bridge, and I had surgery using ear cartilage and septal cartilage to adjust the columella and nasal tip. When the splint was removed, I thought I would have a lot of bruising, but it was only slightly yellowish, so except for the columella area, daily life is totally possible. It is super convenient for taking walks.
