My rhinoplasty was basically my first surgery, including procedures and operations, and now it's been about 8 months. I had it done really naturally, so except right after surgery, I've never once been asked whether I had rhinoplasty, and I think I've been told a few times that my nose is high. Honestly, I liked it a lot at first, but as the swelling went down and it gradually got a little lower, I did wonder if it might have been better to make it noticeably higher instead. But I'm satisfied now. For reference, I originally had a high hump nose, so I had surgery to shave down the hump and insert silicone. I had it done last year...
