I had nose surgery last summer, and it’ll soon be 6 months. For materials, I used 3 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage, and I also corrected the bulbous nose and nasolabial angle/nasal tip that stressed me out the most. When I went for consultations, the one thing I asked the director for was exactly what I wrote in the title. Oh, I also said I wouldn’t use autologous costal cartilage haha. The reason I decided on nose surgery was because my nose looked slightly upturned, and because of the bulbous nose, my nose had too much presence when you looked at my face.
