I had the consultation in the order of doctor then consultant. This was the only place that mentioned an incision, and they said that because of the fat in my eyes, if I did it non-incision, it would loosen within 1 month. They only talked about incisional double eyelid surgery and fat removal, and did not mention epicanthoplasty, upper epicanthoplasty, or ptosis correction. At other hospitals, they always mentioned epicanthoplasty or upper epicanthoplasty because of the Mongolian folds and because the front of my eyes is buried in flesh, so only the back line is visible. Since there was none of that here, I was a bit taken aback.
