First, if you have a consultation with the consultant, they tell you the procedure you want and the price. After that, you go into the director's consultation, and they tell you exactly what is possible and impossible for each procedure, and they don't recommend unnecessary procedures. I also went in for a lower brow lift, but was told I was still young, so I just had revision surgery with buried-suture double eyelids and came back. If I had done the lower brow lift, it might have been better, or I might have regretted it, but in the end I'm satisfied with my current condition, so ultimately I have no regrets.
