About a year and a half ago, I had dimple surgery on just one side, and it's still holding up well. Since it was definitely non-incision, it really doesn't show much in daily life and only appears when I smile. Over time it has gotten a little faint, but I like that it's natural. I have a somewhat weak chin, and during the consultation the doctor said my weak chin was more serious than the dimples and recommended fillers. But I only had the dimples done, and I'm satisfied with just the dimples.
