It's day 3 after nose surgery.. I had something I was curious about. I had about 3 mm of silicone and cartilage placed.. Is that L-shaped silicone not used these days? I don't know exactly what that is.. Is what I have also that? Is it L-shaped if it is shaped according to the nose, from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip and down to the columella? And then cartilage is placed at that bent part... Reading posts here, I saw people saying L-shaped silicone isn't used much and that it has side effects. I suddenly got worried...
