This place only does the internal approach no matter what. The director roughly shows how many millimeters will be reduced and what the nose shape will become, and then the consultant explains the photos and various things. Personally, I think my nasal alar wings are quite wide, so I don't think I'll have surgery at this hospital that only does the internal approach. But for now, it doesn't have a factory-like feel, and you can also check your own nasal alar wings in the middle of surgery, so I think it would be good for people who want only a small reduction so the scar is not visible.
