The director roughly shows how many millimeters will be reduced and what the nose shape will become, and then the consultant explains the photos and various things. Personally, I think my nasal alar wings are quite wide, so I don't think I'll have surgery at this hospital that only does the internal approach. But for now, it doesn't have a factory-like feel, and you can also check your own nasal alar wings in the middle of surgery, so I think it would be good for people who want only a small reduction so the scar is not visible.
