I was curious whether alar reduction would be appropriate for my nose or whether I needed rhinoplasty, so I said it in a way that I wanted to raise it, but they recommended reduction. There wasn’t much to the content, and after showing the shape after alar reduction by holding it with cotton swabs, I liked it, so my satisfaction right after the consultation was very high. After that, the consultation manager showed me scar photos and said the consulting director told me to look at scars in photos - the reason was that how people perceive the degree of scarring differs from person to person, so I should look and judge the severity. The consultation manager honestly told me that with my nose shape, the scar would be visible from the front, so I felt trust.
