First, I went for a consultation at ㄷㄴ. It’s true that I have a somewhat bulbous nose and a low nasal bridge, but I’m asking because it feels like there are a lot of materials. First, 1. Building support for the columella under the nose with autologous costal cartilage 2. Shaping the nasal tip line with ear cartilage 3. Adding donated dermis (allo-something) on top of Inofit. They said this is because my skin is on the thin side, so they’re doing it in case it might show through 4. Medial and lateral osteotomy For this, they quoted 8 million won, and I negotiated a bit. This is my first time hearing about donated dermis today, so I’m not sure and wanted to ask. What do you think of that estimate and the details? I’d be really grateful if anyone here with reviews of ㄷㄴ could let me know too..
인생바 There does seem to be quite a lot for a primary rhinoplasty, and the cost is high too. Have you checked other places?
초쿄코 If they’re using autologous costal cartilage but also ear cartilage, and using silicone but also dermis, it seems excessive for a primary rhinoplasty. And 8 million won is basically a revision-rhinoplasty price.

성은겹 Huh, even to me it really looks like they used all kinds of materials... Have you maybe gone around to other clinics too?? Each clinic can have a slightly different preferred combination of materials, so that may be why they recommended it. I also had my nose done at Finish using autologous costal cartilage, but I didn’t use any other materials at all, except for the nasal bridge... Since it’s a primary surgery, I don’t think you necessarily need to use that many different things.
