I had surgery yesterday..

Yesterday I went for a consultation at a certain plastic surgery clinic in Gwangju. I live in a provincial area, so Gwangju was the closest. About two hours or so?? It was closer than Seoul, so I just went to Gwangju. I found information in a community.. I went to exactly one hospital I found. The nurse was very kind. I went thinking of doing my eyes and nose, but at first they quoted 2.5 million won, which was really awkward;; So I said I would just do my nose, and they quoted 1.5 million won. But because I had come from quite far away, they said they would discount it a little and do it for 1.4 million won. So I said I would do it, paid the money right there, and got ready. But they told me it would be local anesthesia. So I asked if I could have sedation anesthesia, and they said if I wanted sedation anesthesia I would have to pay 500,000 won more, because they would have to call in an anesthesiologist separately. But they sort of phrased it differently and said the doctor's style is local anesthesia rather than sedation anesthesia. So.. instead of paying more, I thought I would just hurt once, and I just had local anesthesia. At first, when they anesthetized me to take ear cartilage, it didn't hurt, but the nose anesthesia was no joke. That feeling when they removed the ear cartilage.. it was no joke. The sound of tearing it off, the sound of the ear being cut, really.. it gave me chills and tears.. The time spent trimming that cartilage went on quite a while. They said they were shaving and shaping the cartilage to fit my nose. Then they anesthetized my nose and did the surgery.. I got nervous. It kept feeling like blood was coming from my nose, and I only had the nasal bridge and nasal tip done. (When I was young, I injured my nasal bridge, and after that my nasal bridge stopped growing, and the cartilage at my nasal tip also did not grow, so my nose was completely flat.) So the doctor said it was harder. Most people come mainly for cosmetic reasons, wanting to raise or lower the nasal tip or shave it, but in my case I had no nasal bridge and no nasal tip cartilage, so raising the nose was quite difficult, he said.. Later, when they put silicone or something inside my nose? I don't think it was silicone, but anyway, when they put that in, I thought my whole face was collapsing. They were pushing it in with a lot of force. When I was having a hard time, they told me they were doing it to make a pretty nose, so to bear it a little. During the surgery, they also talked to me in a really fun way. I'm the type to complain a lot about pain, so from the moment surgery started until it ended, I kept saying it hurts, it hurts. But it really did hurt.. Maybe the anesthesia wore off quickly;;; When they stitched my nose with thread, it really stung. After the surgery was all over, I was in the recovery room, and I wasn't dizzy at all;;;; Other people said they felt dizzy and like they were going to throw up, so I had been worried, but I wasn't dizzy at all'' During the surgery, I was very dizzy. My head felt nauseous because I was breathing only through my mouth; My mouth was dry too, anyway I had a pretty hard time. I just watched TV a bit, lay down for a while, talked to my mom on the phone, and looked in the mirror a little;; The nurse gave me an antibiotic injection, and I received the precautions and an ice pack. They also gave me candy, quite a lot, saying that since I had come from far away, I could eat it because I might be bored on the way home. I ate one roll of gimbap at 11 a.m. and didn't eat anything until 9 p.m. At 9, I bought gimbap and ate it, but the tip of my nose hurt so much I couldn't move my mouth. Anyway, I nibbled slowly and took my medicine. Even after taking medicine, my ear and nose throbbed and hurt. I was also dizzy, so to sleep, I did a little ice pack and slept with my head slightly elevated. After sleeping like that for a while, I got a nosebleed, so I plugged my nose and went back to sleep... When I woke up in the morning, my face was a little swollen and my eyes slightly too. Usually I swell a lot when I wake up, so I thought it would be very severe, but I was only swollen about as much as I normally am when I wake up in the morning. My nose was also about the same as yesterday, not much different. In the morning, the nurse called me and told me to come to them to have the stitches removed. She said my nose was unusual, so it had been a difficult and tricky nose during the first surgery, and she definitely needed to see it herself.. Originally, I was going to have the stitches removed at a hospital near my house. So I said okay.. And now I'm writing this. I have no regrets.. I just went and did it. Really, from puberty, when I started caring about my appearance, until now that I've become an adult, there were so many days when I didn't want to live because of my nose.. Since the nose is in the center of the face, it looked very bad// My nose had no bridge and the tip was low, so from the front it was to the point of, "Where is your nose?" These days, in that drama about Geonppang something, there's a fat guy who plays a villain, right? The one who keeps picking fights with Gong Yoo, saying something about there not being two bosses.. For reference, I'm a woman. You can think of my nose as similar to that man's nose.... Ah... The 7 years when I really didn't want to live, I'm going to forget all of them now and live a new life ... I'm 20 now. Anyway.. I'm really happy.. I don't think I can eat properly, so I think I need to buy some porridge to eat, and get contact lenses fitted too. Whew.. My nose is itchy, so it's a little hard to bear... Still, I'm happy. From the side, I look like a person.. Until now I looked like a monster;;; Anyway, those who are worrying, just go and do it..
