My nose was small and low, but they told me exactly what shape could be done for my nose and what would suit me too I wanted something more dramatic, but the director really preferred a natural look, so in the end it turned out natural and pretty. There were no side effects, and the incision line under the nose was made right along the fold, so it doesn't show at all.
