I went for my first surgery because of an app event and it went completely wrong (the doctor opened my nose and then went off to do a consultation; they made it insanely pointy and it almost broke through), so I was fed up and went to get autologous dermis with the feeling that I just wanted them to make it look like a human nose.
I don’t remember the exact priceㅠ If you go there, they show you a price list.
They put you to sleep with sedation, do local anesthesia, then wake you up and proceed. But I didn’t go properly under sedation, so while I was still groggy, I got injections in my nose and it hurt so much I thought I would die. Shivering.
When they opened my nose, the first-surgery clinic hadn’t shaved down the hump properly, so they shaved it again... When will I ever get to hear the sound of my own nasal bone being shaved live again? Preferably I don’t want to hear it. They also did local anesthesia on my buttocks and took out dermis (the scar is seriously huge, but it’s not like I’m going to show my buttocks to other people, so I’m just living with it). The surgery was divided into first and second stages. I think the first stage was removal.
As for the result, for the first two months I looked like an Avatar, so I really hated looking at it, but it was soft and comfortable, so I just lived with it. By the third month, it had gone down a bit and looked acceptable. Just when I thought it was finally okay, the dermis kept resorbing, so now the nasal tip is slightly dented and it has become very low. My nose had become so comfortable that I hesitated a lot about revision surgery, but it keeps getting lower... so I’m going to do it when I go to Korea... I only recommend this to people whose first priority is just having a shape that looks like a nose, softness, and comfort.
