What should I do about this?

Previously, I had surgery where they shaved down my hump, did osteotomies to correct the deviation, and built up the nasal tip with cartilage... It feels like the hump wasn’t shaved down enough, and the side profile is at least okay, but from the front, my nasal tip, which wasn’t like this before, has become crooked... According to the doctor, there are many people in the world with crooked noses even without surgery, and mine is subtle enough that people wouldn’t really notice unless they looked closely. But I can tell at a glance. When the tape was first removed, it was completely crooked, and now it has improved compared with the beginning, but because the nasal tip is crooked, I’ve ended up having a worry after surgery that I never had before. It is definitely much better than before surgery, but why does the nasal tip have to be crooked? I’m extremely stressed because of this. It feels like they’re basically telling me to just live with it if possible, but I tried to get rid of a hump nose and ended up with another problem added on. Even to me, the hump being shaved a little less is bearable, so I was going to just put up with it and live with it, but the crookedness is causing me huge stress. The doctor acts like they don’t really know, so what should I do in this situation? It’s been one month since my surgery, and I’m worried whether, even after waiting two or three months, I should just live with a subtly crooked nasal tip or have revision surgery.
