First of all, the doctor was kind, but the explanation was waaaay too long and he talked way too much. He’s the type who thinks incision surgery is absolutely better, which is fine, but it felt like sitting through a lecture. Separately from that, the manager kept pressuring me on the day itself to book the surgery right away, saying they were surprised that people would come just to consult without intending to do the surgery immediately, and pressing me to explain right then why I wasn’t doing it right away, what was different from other hospitals, and why our hospital wasn’t good enough, so I cut them off immediately.
