As soon as I said exactly what direction I wanted, the consultation manager immediately made her own diagnosis and recommended options, so I was a bit taken aback, but in any case, I ultimately adjusted and decided again with the director. People may have different preferences about this, but from my perspective, it was good because I could go into the examination room after forming a plausible expectation once. They showed me photos of how my eyes would change and adjusted things together without adding excessive options, so I trusted them. There was also a feeling that they were somewhat active about sales, but there was no pressure at all, so it was not uncomfortable, and the clinic atmosphere was fine.
