I had a consultation with the director for 3-5 minutes and with the manager for about 10 minutes. They took photos and then used those photos as the basis for the consultation, explaining what I would need. I was worried about not needing an epicanthoplasty, but they explained everything before I even brought it up. They said the exact line and design would be decided on the day of surgery.
