I had a partial incision surgery 10 years ago. It’s very natural, so there’s zero suspicion of having had double eyelid surgery, which is nice, but they made it very thin so I’m considering revision surgery. If you want an in-line or hidden double eyelid, I’d strongly recommend it. A friend of mine also came out beautifully with an in-line shape, so it seems to vary by person. But it’s definitely pretty in an unnoticeable way.
