I came back after undoing my lower canthoplasty

About 8 years ago, I had lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty with a doctor, and my eyes were gradually attaching back together, so I had revision surgery. I thought about going to another clinic too, but since they had always handled my eyes, I trusted them and lay down on the operating table. I did ask for it to be made large, but both the lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty were too big, so I couldn’t get used to it. They said it would come back up in 2-3 months, but since I’ve experienced it before, I know it takes a long time, so waiting wasn’t easy. The ghost-like eyes felt so disgusting. In the end, after struggling over it, I had the lower canthoplasty stitches removed after 3 weeks. Sigh, I’m distressed because I feel like my eyes might become even smaller than my original eyes. I just hope the lateral canthoplasty scar heals properly, but I’m worried... It’s a little uneven, one side is deeply sunken, and red flesh is visible on both sides. Honestly, it was largely because I couldn’t stand the lateral canthoplasty more than the lower canthoplasty. I’ve never been like this either, but honestly it’s too, too bigㅠ sigh I’m so upset, and I hid it from my family too, but they eventually found out. My mom said if I’m going to be unable to even look people in the eye like an idiot, then undo it. Who can I blame? I’m the crazy one. These days I cry every day and want to die.

The surgery to undo lower canthoplasty is simple. But I am worried my eyes may become smaller than my original eyesㅠ For the sunken area from the lateral canthoplasty in the last photo, the clinic told me to wait and see. Will it improve?? Ha, I’m already thinking about reconstruction and looking into it. It seems even at a clinic that used to suit me well, this can happen if you’re unlucky. Was it my fault for being greedy? I can’t go to work either, and I just want to hang myself and die.
