I’m not sure if they used a shadow doctor for the nose surgery, but after the revision surgery they said they really only put silicone in and a tiny piece of ear cartilage on the tip of the nose. I remember that right after surgery the director in charge of nose surgery said they were disappointed. I don’t like the cheekbones either, but it’s hard to have another revision surgery, so I’m just living with it.
