The director seems to think a lot about facial balance and seems to prefer a natural look. I went for a first surgery consultation, and they mentioned ear cartilage for the nasal tip and stem cell injections. They told me everything good about my face in detail... But when I read other consultation reviews, they all seem to feel similar. I liked that there was not even a hint of pressure to have surgery, but I worry it may turn out too natural.
