Even though I only got it once, the design and effect were so good that I didn't need to get it a second or third time. I got Sculptra because of hollowness under my eyes, and they did the 333 massage well, so there were no nodules or other problems. At first, during recovery, I thought it was clumping together, so the hospital loosened it with massage. Now it's smooth.
