The consultation was done by the head director, and the procedure was done by another director. I don’t know why. The other female director did do it carefully and well. The consultation wasn’t anything especially remarkable. Rather than explaining things well on their own, it was more of a question-based consultation style. The Sofwave effect was there briefly, like a quick flash
