For my first double-eyelid consultation, I went on a friend's recommendation to see Dr. Kim Seung-jun. He looked at my eyes and said it might be a difficult surgery, so he first recommended non-incisional eye correction, then said we could do the non-incisional method later if the eyes still would not open. Since it was a friend's recommendation, I trusted them and booked it, but I did not want to have surgery twice, so I canceled the appointment and asked for my money back. The manager made me wait for over an hour, so I shouted in the first-floor lobby and left. Reservation deposits are clearly illegal, but when you cancel, they tend to keep dragging out the time.
