I'm writing this because I heard that this community values honest reviews. I don't know whether The Iron Plastic Surgery is still operating now. About five years ago, I received a Misko procedure from Dr. Lee Seung-joon, and filler from a previous complication kept flowing out of the hole, and I had to live on antibiotics for more than four weeks because of inflammation. Because of that, the doctor at the time offered to do open rhinoplasty for free, so I got silicone inserted, but inflammation happened again and I had to remove the silicone. Looking back now, I'm so angry.
