The first time it looked too natural so nobody noticed, and it felt like the bulbous nose improvement was still incomplete, so I had another surgery with added silicone, but my nasal bridge looks like an avatar and it still feels like the wide alar base hasn't improved.... I'm looking into options all over because I want to have surgery again My nasal bridge wasn't especially low to begin with, but even after putting in 2.something mm it still looks like an avatar
