A few years ago I went there for a nose consultation, and the doctor was extremely rude. Maybe it was because I went near the end of consultation hours, but anyway, he kept speaking negatively throughout the consultation. It wasn't negativity like, 'this is impossible in my situation,' but more like when I raised reasonable concerns about what I wanted to do, he responded as if to say, 'Then don't do it.' The concerns weren't unreasonable either. I'm not someone who worries a lot, so I was just asking very basic things. But because of that attitude, I just said okay and left. I remember the staff's attitude too...
