I visited twice to look into removal or reconstruction.. The director gives a consultation that feels neat and to the point, without unnecessary fluff. If you want this direction, do it like this. If you want that direction, do it like that... He was thorough, and his surgical approach felt clear. But I had to choose the direction I wanted myself... I haven't had surgery yet, but if I do end up going with removal, I think I could trust him with it.
