The consultation manager was kind and the doctor was kind too. However, perhaps because my eyes had little room for improvement, they didn’t draw a line during the consultation, which was a bit disappointing because they left in a hurry. They were honest in saying what could and couldn’t be done, so in a way I think they were straightforward.
