The hospital facility looked a bit old because it was an older building, but it was clean. They said they only schedule one surgery per day. They kept emphasizing that they had been accident-free for 15 years, and patients kept coming because of word of mouth. They said the facial contouring would be done with a long curved resection, and that they would do it from inside near the sideburns so there wouldn't be any scar. It was nice that there would be no visible scar.
