I applied for a consultation to get surgery because I have cheek fat and a double chin. Even during the consultation, they said I could do both the cheeks and the double chin, but on the day of surgery they said the cheek fat was probably part of the deep buccal fat so they would not do much. I had not even had any imaging done.. suddenly..?? Having a lot of cheek fat was stressful, and of course the stress did not go away even after surgery haha The double chin definitely improved, but maybe because of sagging, the line is becoming blunt again
