The staff are kind, the interior is luxurious, and they seem to have brought in a lot of good equipment, but it’s all show and no substance. The extracorporeal shock wave treatment is done by a physical therapist, and I never even saw a doctor except during the consultation. Far from helping, it actually made my condition worse.
