I had nose surgery 10 years ago. They raised the nose tip with ear cartilage, and the pinched shape, etc., weren’t that satisfying, so I just lived with it. When I recently went in for a consultation because of an inflammation reaction, they said it really was inflammation and recommended removing the silicone. Their reaction was so calm. Since I hadn’t liked the shape much for the past 10 years anyway, I don’t want to have revision surgery.
