I had square jaw surgery, but the swelling and bruising were so severe that I could barely live my normal life for almost 3 weeks, and I struggled just to get the bruising to go down. Once the bruising faded, the swelling became obvious, so I am still trying to reduce the swelling, and scar tissue also formed, so I do not really know yet how effective it is. It is definitely different from before, but if it were not for the swelling and bruising, I think I would have been satisfied.
