I made a reservation and arrived 5 minutes early, then waited... A person who looked like a consultation manager came and gave me a consultation. The consultation lasted less than 5 minutes. They did not tell me anything useful at all... I went at my reserved time, but they said the doctor could only consult me an hour later haha. What??? They should have told me in advance. Even if they had said 1 hour, I would clearly have had to wait even longer, so it felt awful. There was not even the slightest sign of apology, and they did not say sorry at all. I would have to wait at least an hour, and they were so matter-of-fact about it... My eyes are quite large, so I know that an inner, outer, and upper canthoplasty would not work that well for me, but I went for a consultation to improve them a little, and they were so rude? It is an extremely commercial-looking place. And from the outside it looked big, but once you go inside it is really small.. It was the most unpleasant and unprofessional place I had consulted at. I did not even get to see the doctor’s face, so I cannot even judge him, but judging by how they manage the place, it is obvious!!
