I went in for a consultation for rhinoplasty, and the doctor was fairly kind and did not recommend surgeries that weren't necessary. They asked what shape I wanted, and when I said I wanted a nose job in that shape, they said it would be difficult. The staff were also fairly kind, and the clinic is smaller than I expected.
