An older sister I know had nose surgery at Gaam, and her nose bridge was almost nonexistent and very low before, but when I saw her after vacation, her nose had become straight and high. Even though it looked like a tall nose to anyone, strangely it didn't look surgically done. So I went there too and got a consultation, and the consultation was very kind! I was a little concerned that they use Gore-Tex though..
