I had it done about 10 years ago, and since I have some nasal bridge, I thought an artificial implant would feel burdensome for improving my bulbous nose, so I decided to only tie the septal cartilage. For 12 weeks after surgery, the nasal tip was much higher than I expected, so I was like, wow, but after about 1 year, it was not even noticeable what had changed compared with before. Plastic surgery consultations, people around me, and family could not tell either. Now it seems like it has completely loosened. The shape when viewed from below is like that too, and the nose moves around easily.
