The consultation manager wasn’t friendly. The places I visited on the same day were very friendly, so that may have made it stand out more by comparison, but when other customers were being a bit noisy, she visibly frowned, and then showed her irritation during my consultation. Since the person I was supposed to ask questions to was irritated, I couldn’t even ask properly.
