An older sister I know had surgery here and became pretty, so I did it too But my nostrils became uneven, and the bone inside my nose bent weirdly. I found out after the swelling went down and I touched my nose, so I went and told them, but they said it was fine, so I just lived without thinking much about it. I was too young, so maybe I didn't think about it much It looked fine on the outside anyway. But now the silicone is showing and it's sagging too much I do not recommend nose surgery.
