The manager lacks consultation expertise. Even after surgery, when I made inquiries, they completely failed to understand what situation I was in.
Communication between the operating room and the front desk is poor. When you ask something, it doesn't get relayed properly to the nurse. The doctor isn't all that kind either. After my surgery, the stitches weren't removed and are still sticking out at the tip of my nose. The nurse removes the stitches, but it's hard to see the doctor after surgery. I was very disappointed in the aftercare and service.
