This is a hospital I went to for a consultation 10 years ago. I went for a revision-surgery consultation, and the director said, "Isn't it enough if it looks pretty when your eyes are open? Why does it matter how it looks when they're closed?" I was shocked, so I decided I shouldn't do it here and didn't go through with it. Personally, I also think opening the under-eye S-line looks a bit awkward.
