There are always a lot of people, so I often have to wait. Even if you make a reservation and go, you wait if the people in front pile up. I've had to wait up to 30 minutes. The laser hair removal results are good. However, one inconvenience is that if you want to extend after the 10th session, you must have a consultation with the manager first before you can extend.
