I think it’s important to keep thinking to yourself, it doesn’t hurt, it doesn’t hurt, and even if it does hurt, not to tense your eyes or body~ They say if you tense your eyes, they swell a lot~ So during surgery, I kept my whole body completely relaxed. Even though I had anesthesia, it sometimes hurt and my eyes twitched, but because I generally stayed relaxed, it didn’t swell that much, and the swelling seems to be going down quickly too^^ When I first looked in the mirror, I looked like a total monster and felt hopeless, lol but after cold compresses, it immediately went down a bit lol I’m writing this hoping it helps even a little,^^;;
