Review after non-incisional double eyelid surgery and under-eye fat repositioning~

I had it done on Friday, February 18, so it’s been about 3 days.. My eyelid skin is thin, but I have a lot of sagging skin and wrinkles, the fat is uneven, and I have severe uneven eyes, with a double eyelid on one side and only a line on the other. Under my eyes, I was born with fat bulging out, so if I didn’t sleep enough, people told me I looked tired or sleepy~ At the first clinic I went to for a consultation, they said I had a lot of sagging skin and recommended full-incision double eyelid surgery with a 6 mm line and under-eye fat removal~ At the second clinic, they said because I had severe uneven eyes, it would be safer to do non-incisional double eyelid surgery instead of incision first, and then do incision later if needed. What was unusual was that this clinic didn’t have a surgery to remove under-eye fat, but said they had a surgery that moves the fat to the hollow area without excising it~ They said if you only remove the fat, the eyes can look hollow and there’s a high chance of recurrence, but this surgery relocates the fat, so the dark circles disappear at the same time and you can even get a facial-contouring effect~ Double eyelid surgery is all pretty similar wherever you go, but the under-eye fat repositioning surgery appealed to me~ So I booked a surgery date.... I was fine until I arrived at the clinic on the day, but once I got there I was so nervous. I asked the nurse if it hurt and kept telling the doctor to please make it not hurt~ After washing my face, I finally entered the operating room~~ After disinfecting, they gave me anesthesia.... and it hurt a lot~ Especially for the non-incisional double eyelid surgery, they injected it into the conjunctiva, and that hurt the most~ They drew the eye line and the surgery started!!! I felt the needle stitching, a pulling sensation, and after being told to open and close my eyes a few times, I guess it was over. The doctor looked at my eyes and said one word, “pretty”~ Of course, he probably says that to all the other patients too.. hahaha Because of the under-eye fat repositioning surgery, they did a second round of anesthesia... Oh no... I don’t know if he put the anesthetic injection into a nerve, but I screamed. It really hurt... Anyway, the surgery started again, and a fear that couldn’t even compare to the double eyelid surgery began. The sizzling sound from the laser, the smell of something burning, the feeling of the fat pouch being pulled out and tugged— Ah~~~ It didn’t hurt, but it gave me chills and was scary. I promised myself over and over that if I ever got plastic surgery again, I wouldn’t be human!!! Throughout the surgery, my body was trembling and I just waited for it to end quickly. After about 40 minutes, the surgery was over. The double eyelid surgery plus the under-eye area took about 1 hour and 30 minutes~ The doctor said I seemed like I wouldn’t be scared, but I was actually very scared, and said if fear were graded high, medium, low, I’d be low~ (What can I do about being scared^^;;) After briefly doing compresses at the clinic, I came home and my eyes were throbbing~ On the way home, I bought some pumpkin porridge, and when I got home and looked in the mirror, Oh my~ what is this, a boxer?~ hahaha The areas above and below my eyes were especially very swollen. I hated how I looked, so I didn’t look in the mirror, didn’t do compresses because it hurt, ate porridge, and just slept. But it throbbed a bit, so I couldn’t sleep well~ When I woke up in the morning, it didn’t hurt, but it was really extremely swollen. I went to the clinic, had my eyes disinfected, did compresses a few times, ate well, and slept well, so now on day 3 the swelling has gone down a lot. Well, I think the double eyelid line came out nicely, and since the dark circles under my eyes are gone, I look younger. I’ll know after more swelling goes down, but for now I’m roughly satisfied~ When I remove the tape under my eyes, I’ll upload photos too~ Thank you for reading my long review, and I hope it helps a lot.
