It seemed that the base bone of my nose was crooked, and in Japan, the only options proposed for nasal base surgery were either to have a prosthesis made in advance and inserted, or to use crushed costal cartilage. However, at this clinic, they said they could make a prosthesis using costal cartilage to match the height of my crooked base bone, so I felt their technical skill was high.
