10 years ago, when I was in high school, I broke my nose and it became a hump nose, so I went to get nose surgery. At first it was too high, like Pinocchio, and it was a dramatic style. After that I also had double-jaw surgery, but there was no deformation of the nose shape, and it was fine. The side-profile line is pretty. I’m not sure about bulbous nose correction from the front view. Now, 10 years later, there are several people who think it’s natural. But the nose is a bit large and dramatic. I have severe facial dysmorphia/obsession, but seeing that I don’t get stressed because of my nose, I think it turned out okay. They used ear cartilage, and even though I twisted and moved my nose and made a fuss, no contracture occurred. Even 10 years ago, this was a place people came to for third or further revision surgeries.
