The consultant was really kind. However, the director was cheerful if you see it one way, but in another sense a bit rude. When I showed him the celebrity nose photos I had looked up, he said, “Is this pretty? If this is what you want, there’s no point in doing it. It’s not very different from my nose.” He said I seemed like someone who came in saying I wanted nose surgery without even thinking about what kind of nose would suit me. From a doctor’s point of view, he may think that, but isn’t that exactly why people have consultations? I wanted to know what would look harmonious from an expert’s perspective…
