An honest Angelko review First, before surgery, it was hard to find honest reviews that weren’t ads, so I’m writing this in case it helps people who are thinking about surgery now It’s been about 3 months, and I had cartilage-tying Angelko. Honestly, once the swelling went down, the effect is so subtle that even close friends can’t tell. This is both an advantage and a disadvantage: a dramatic effect itself isn’t possible, and I think it does make the nasal tip look more refined. But with such a small change, you may also end up with scar tissue after surgery, so I think it’s best to think it through carefully I’m satisfied, but if you’re expecting a high, slim, sharp-looking nose like rhinoplasty …
